Frequently Asked Questions

Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Yearly subscription credits are valid for the full year. One-time credit packs expire based on the pack validity period.
Your subscription credits remain usable until the end of your current billing period. One-time credit pack credits are independent of subscriptions and remain usable until their own expiry date.
No. If a generation fails or is flagged by content moderation, you will not be charged any credits.
All one-time credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable. If you're unsure which plan fits, start with the small Creator Pack (¥69 / 600 credits / 180 days).
Monthly packs have fewer credits, are valid for 30 days, and cost slightly more per credit — good for trying a tier or short-term use. Annual packs have far more credits, are valid for 365 days, and cost less per credit — best for sustained, high-volume creation. Both are one-time payments with no auto-renewal; you re-buy manually when they expire.
Credits and validity are identical: Starter 9,600 / Pro 24,000 / Ultra 72,000 credits, valid for 365 days. The difference is billing: yearly plans auto-renew via Stripe (card), while Annual Credit Packs are one-time purchases (Alipay / WeChat) — you re-buy manually when they expire.
Stripe currently does not support Alipay or WeChat as a subscription payment method. We recommend buying the equivalent Annual Credit Pack — same price, credits, and validity as the yearly plan.
